There are occasions when
you, as the webmaster, will have to help a customer redeem his/her
pincode. Either they forgot to do it, their
browser shut down or some other reason. In either case, this is not
a big problem. Follow these simple steps.
1. Look up their info at
IBill's CMI. It will be easiest if you know how they paid, so you
can use the proper fields at the CMI. You will
need to get their pincode.
2. Log in to your Ibill CMI and go to customer service. You can input
any of their info, usually e-mail or transaction number in the field. 
3. The CMI will return a page like the one below.
4. Click on details. CMI will return the following page.

all you are interested in is the pincode. Copy it to your clipboard.
5. Be sure they have a username and password on your EzTokens admin
page. You can do this by either asking them, or doing a search on
your EZTokens by their e-mail address.
6. Go back to your EZTokens interface, select "redeem pincode."
you'll get the following
screen. You will need to select the proper token amount. You can
see what that amount was from the CMI.
7. On the following page,
you can input the username and pincode.
8. The next page will tell you how many tokens the account now has.
9. If the pincode is not found or returns invalid. Check the logs
on that pincode. It may have already been redeemed.
